Your experience starts…
when you use our online booking system, or call our front desk if preferred. All of our stylists have tiered pricing, so please be mindful of that if budget is your main concern. A full display of each stylists starting at prices can be found while booking online and here on our site. We ask that you choose services for “New Clients” for your first appointment to ensure that we have plenty of time to discuss your hopes and vision prior to beginning any services.
When you arrive…
you’ll enter through the main door that is just to the right of the Brother’s Pizza. We are located up on the second floor – there is no elevator so plan on adding the stairs to your cardio for the day! Once upstairs, you’ll see our entrance on the left and you will be greeted by our Salon Coordinator or other team member upon arrival. You will be offered a beverage and made aware where to hang your coat or use the restroom if needed. Your team member will greet you in the waiting area and begin your consultation so that we can be sure we have your vision and make our suggestions before getting started!
Salon Guests:
Once you’ve met your team member, you will head to the sink area where you will enjoy a clarifying treatment prior to ANY salon services being performed. Any cut or color works better on a clean palette! Your service provider will then accompany you to their chair and begin creating the hair of your dreams! To wrap up our visit, an at home care regimen will be suggested to help you recreate your new look daily and we will set you up with your next appointment.
Spa Guests
Gwen will gather you from the waiting area and walk you back to the spa. She will consult with you there and map out a plan uniquely tailored just for you. She will excuse herself should you need to prepare for a spa service where you may need to disrobe, and gently knock and wait for a response before reentering the room . After experiencing your treatment, she will recommend an at home maintenance routine to keep you looking fresh and healthy until your next rescheduled appointment with her.
