Our mission is to provide you with undivided attention while you visit with us. Our staff has been trained by some of the most elite educators in the country and understands that your experience with us is always about you. We know that in this busy world your time is valuable, and strive to provide you with extraordinary service in an uninterrupted and timely manner.


 

Part of what makes us special, unique and different is that we normally run on time. If we will be more than 10 minutes late, you will receive a courtesy call and we require the same in return. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your team member will do their best to accommodate all scheduled services, but may result in loss of finish work. Full scheduled service price will be expected. We cannot run into other guests scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations
We understand that life happens and sometimes you’ll need to reschedule your appointment! In order to be able to best serve all of our guests, we require a minimum of 24 hours prior to cancelling. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $25.00 rebooking fee and 100% for a no call no show. Excessive cancelling and rebooking will result in a request that you call during the week of your preferred appointment day to inquire about availability. 

Phones
Please enjoy our complimentary WIFI while relaxing. We ask that you keep your phone on silent or vibrate when possible & keep all phone conversations to a minimum for consideration of other guests. Earbuds/earphones are always a great idea when bingeing on Netflix while you process! 

Returns
If you are not entirely in love with your At Home products, please let us know and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of original purchase.

Adjustments
If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, we are happy to make adjustments. Contact us within seven days of the original service date. Changes in style or color from the initial consultation agreement are not considered an adjustment. If another service was performed elsewhere, your guarantee is considered null and void. We do not offer refunds for any hair/skin services.
